See-through corner fireplace

The project

A corner see-through fireplace is visible from two sides, so every face and edge shows.

We wrapped the unit in light stacked stone, stepped the stone up into a tall column, and built a long stone bench hearth that doubles as seating. Corner pieces keep the wrapped edges crisp from every angle.
