Clear communication from the first photo you send to the final walkthrough.
Step 01
Consultation & planning
Call, text or send photos of your fireplace for a free consultation. We talk about what you want, your budget and timing, and give you a ballpark from your photos when we can. If an in-person visit makes sense, design visits are $50.
Step 02
Materials & design
We help you choose stone or brick, mantel and hearth. We will show you finished examples, talk through colors that work with your floors and cabinets, and explain the trade-offs between options.
Step 03
Professional masonry installation
We protect your floors and furniture, remove what needs to go, prep the wall and set the stone or brick by hand. Masonry is not rushed: we give you an estimated window for the job rather than a promise we cannot keep.
Step 04
Final walkthrough
When the work is done we walk through every detail with you, clean up completely and make sure you are happy with the finished fireplace.
